I think that she didn’t give me what i wanted at all when it was assured that she could. i paid a good price for my hair just for it to not look at all like the inspiration photo the first photo is the inspiration and the second is my actual hair.
There is no one i will ever go to for my hair than Toni. She is such a wonderful person to talk to and her understanding of color blending and application is second to none. She is the best at what she does, professional and honest with what looks best for me.
